How long does shipping take?

Please note that delivery within Germany typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. 

How do I know what size will fit me?

Please refer to our size guide for accurate sizing. Each body is unique, so measuring yourself against our guidelines before ordering is recommended for the best fit. You can find our size guide table under every set.

The set has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us at contact.spunderwear@gmail.com with photos and details to request a replacement. Please keep the damaged items until the issue is resolved. 

Is there a return guarantee for your products?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return guarantee for all our products. However, please note that for underwear, returns are only accepted if they are unworn and the label tack is still attached. We carefully inspect all returns and if we notice that the item has been worn or is not in the condition it was sent in, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex), Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via E-Mail once your order has been shipped.

How can I reach customer service?

You can contact us by E-Mail any time, we will respond as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are dependent on factors such as location, weight and size of the order. However, we offer free shipping for orders over 100 Euro.
